This policy explains what personal information Sneaky Swaps collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. Sneaky Swaps is operated by 69.578.174 NICOLAS PEZZI CISLAGHI, CNPJ 69.578.174/0001-32, Caxias do Sul, RS, Brazil. We follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
What we collect
- Your email address, so you can log in and so we can reach you about your membership.
- Your first name, if you give it at checkout.
- Membership and payment details from Stripe: the date you joined, your plan, payment status and refunds. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Where you found us, such as the social media page or link that brought you to the checkout.
- Notification settings, if you choose to turn on recipe notifications.
- The recipes you save as favorites in the app.
- Basic technical information, such as IP address, device and browser type, kept in server logs for security and to fix problems.
How we use it
- To give you access to the app and send your login codes.
- To send the recipe notifications you turned on.
- To manage your membership, payments, refunds and cancellations.
- To answer your emails and help with problems.
- To prevent fraud and keep the app secure.
- To understand which of our pages and links bring new members.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't show ads in the app.
Who helps us run the service
- Stripe processes payments.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and the app, stores app data and delivers our emails.
- This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
These companies may process data in the United States, Brazil or other countries. They only use it to provide their service to us.
Cookies
The app uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. It also remembers on your phone whether you already answered the notification prompt, so it doesn't ask again. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your membership is active. After it ends, we delete it or make it anonymous, except for records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information.
- You can turn off notifications at any time in your phone's settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union or Brazil), you may have more rights. We honor these requests for everyone.

Children
Sneaky Swaps is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email members before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
