These terms explain how Sneaky Swaps works and what you agree to when you join. Please read them before you buy a membership. If you have a question, email support@sneakyswaps.app.
1. Who we are
Sneaky Swaps is operated by 69.578.174 NICOLAS PEZZI CISLAGHI, CNPJ 69.578.174/0001-32, Caxias do Sul, RS, Brazil ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@sneakyswaps.app.
2. What Sneaky Swaps is
Sneaky Swaps is a recipe app that runs in your phone's web browser and can be added to your Home Screen. A membership gives you access to every recipe published in the app, plus new recipes as we add them. We may add, update or remove recipes and features over time.
3. Your membership and billing
- The membership is a monthly subscription. The price is shown in US dollars (USD) on our website and at checkout before you pay.
- You are charged when you join and then automatically every month on the same date, until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We are based in Brazil, so some banks may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee comes from your bank, not from us.
- If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. You can cancel before then.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by emailing support@sneakyswaps.app from the address you used to join. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Details are in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
5. Refunds
Your first payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee. How it works, and what happens to your access after a refund, is explained in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
6. Your account
- Your access is tied to the email address you used to join. We send login codes to that address.
- Your membership is for you. Please don't share your login codes or your access with other people.
- We may suspend access that is being shared, resold or used to copy the app's content.
7. Our content
The recipes, photos, text and design in Sneaky Swaps belong to us. You may use them for your own cooking at home. You may not copy, publish, sell or share them as a collection, in whole or in large parts.
8. Health and food safety
Sneaky Swaps shares recipes for general information. It is not medical, nutrition or diet advice. Check every ingredient for allergies and follow safe food-handling practices. If you have a health condition or follow a special diet, talk to your doctor before changing what you eat.
9. Availability
We work to keep the app available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The app is provided "as is".
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Sneaky Swaps is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to your membership, we'll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. This does not take away the consumer protections of the place where you live.
