Refunds & Cancellation

The short version: you have 30 days after your first payment to ask for a full refund. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Email support@sneakyswaps.app for either one.

30-day money-back guarantee

If Sneaky Swaps isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason. Please write from the email address you used to join, so we can find your membership.

The guarantee covers your first payment. Monthly renewals after the first 30 days are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through our payment processor, Stripe.
We issue the refund after we receive your request. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
When a refund is issued, your membership and your access to the app end right away.

Cancelling your membership

Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel.
To cancel, email support@sneakyswaps.app from the address you used to join. We'll confirm the cancellation by email.
After you cancel, you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
We don't charge cancellation fees.

Delivery

Sneaky Swaps is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. Right after your payment, you can log in to the app with the email you used to join: we email you a 6-digit code and you're in. If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us.

Disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, please email us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute.
